Spinach Artichoke stuffed Garlic Bread

We all love garlic bread as sides when we have pizza or even by itself. All my friends and family members are in awe of garlic bread and its variations. While browsing online I came across this very simple and quick 20 min recipe. I thought of trying it and sharing it with you all through my blog incase you guys missed it out online. Let's have a quick look at the ingredients and process.

Ingredients:
1 French, Italian Baguette (white, wheat anything of your choice)
1 whole slab of Cream Cheese (Philadelphia Cream Cheese preferable)
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup chopped Spinach
1 can Artichoke hearts
1 tsp garlic powder (if not available add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic)
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped parsley (dried parsley will do)
1 tbsp Melted butter
Salt ( If not adding garlic powder)
Method:
Take a mixing bowl and add cream cheese, cheese, spinach, artichoke and garlic powder and mix well. Keep it aside. If you do not use garlic powder add 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic in the mixture.
Cut the baguette in four equal halfves and scoop out the inside of each half in order to stuff it with the mixture.
Make sure the baguette you purchase is hard and not a soft one to make scooping easier.
Once all parts are scooped fill in each part with mixture that we prepared initially. Before placing all stuffed pieces on a baking sheet make sure to put an aluminium foil on the sheet.
Once all pieces are placed on the aluminium foil, in a small bowl take 1 tbsp of melted butter, chopped parsley and 1tsp chopped garlic and mix it well.
Apply the mixture on the bread placed on the baking sheet evenly on all sides.
Once done applying the melted butter mixture wrap the baguette with the foil on all sides and place it in oven at 350 degrees for 20 mins.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Below are pictures which will help you understand the process easier.
