Garlic Butter Prawns/Shrimps
This quick starter is my mother-in-laws recipe, and let me tell you its loved by all the members of our family. Its quick, light and minimal ingredients recipe which is even loved by kids. Lets quickly have a look at the ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 lb Prawns/ Shrimps (deveined)
4 Pods Garlic chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Vinegar
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
1 Spring Onion Chopped (Optional for Garnish)
Method:
Heat a pan and add butter on medium flame.
Add chopped Garlic and vinegar to the pan.
Add prawns/shrimps to the pan and mix well.
After 5 mins add salt and cayenne pepper the pan and mix again. Cayenne Pepper can be substituted with red chilli powder. If using red chilli powder add 1/2 teaspoon only as we don't need spices. Just a hint of it should be good enough.
Add chopped coriander leaves and let it cook for another 10 mins.
Garnish with spring onions.
Do not overcook the prawns/shrimps as it looses the taste.
Serve it hot and enjoy!!!!!
